Raja Kelana is taken from the lyric of a song called, Rayuan Pulau Kelapa, by the (late) Indonesian composer Ismail Marzuki. Raja = king, kelana=journey or travel. This song describes the writer's love and passion of his motherland, portraying the beauty of the archipelago, coconut trees bowing to the sea, peace and prosperity... you name it.
Rayuan literally mean seduction, but the free translation would be The Whisper of Coconut Island or something like that.
